An active cultural and wine journey through Armenia and Georgia, combining historic landmarks, mountain landscapes, guided hiking, regional cuisine, and distinctive winemaking traditions. The route connects Yerevan, Jermuk, Dilijan, Tbilisi, Kazbegi, and the wine regions of both countries.
Impressions:
No special training or prior hiking experience is required to join this tour. We have designed the itinerary to be suitable for travellers of different ages and fitness levels. However, given the active schedule, the forest hike and changes in elevation, guests with any medical conditions or contraindications to physical activity are advised to consult their doctor before travelling.
Difficulty:
Comfortable travel in groups of up to 15 guests, with transportation by Mercedes Sprinter. Professional English-speaking guides accompany the journey throughout. Airport transfer, evening walk through central Yerevan, welcome dinner.

Day 2 — Garni, Symphony of Stones & Geghard
Azat River Gorge, Symphony of Stones, Garni Temple, Geghard Monastery.
Overnight in Yerevan.
Day 3 — Khor Virap, Noravank & Old Bridge Winery
Khor Virap Monastery, views of Mount Ararat, Noravank Monastery, Old Bridge Winery visit and wine tasting.
Overnight in Jermuk.
Day 4 — Jermuk, Selim Pass & Lake Sevan
Jermuk Waterfall and mineral-water gallery, Selim Pass, Orbelian Caravanserai, Lake Sevan.
Overnight in Dilijan.
Day 5 — Dilijan National Park & Hovaz Wine Rooms
Guided hike in Dilijan National Park, Old Dilijan district, Hovaz Wine Rooms and Armenian sparkling-wine tasting.

Day 6 — Debed Canyon, Haghpat & Tbilisi
Debed Canyon, Haghpat Monastery, Armenian-Georgian border crossing, Tbilisi Old Town, Metekhi Church, Abanotubani, Narikala viewpoint, Bridge of Peace and Rike Park.
Overnight in Tbilisi.
Day 7 — Jvari, Mtskheta & Uplistsikhe
Jvari Monastery, Mtskheta, Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, Uplistsikhe cave settlement.
Overnight in Tbilisi.
Day 8 — Ananuri, Gudauri & Kazbegi
Georgian Military Highway, Zhinvali Reservoir, Ananuri, Gudauri, Stepantsminda and Gergeti Trinity Church.

Day 9 — Kartli Wine Route
Napheri Winery, Merebashvili Estate, traditional qvevri winemaking and two scheduled wine tastings.
