Impressions:
No special preparation is required to join this tour. The itinerary is designed to be comfortable and accessible for travellers of different ages and fitness levels, with a balanced pace throughout the journey.
Difficulty:
Comfortable travel in groups of up to 15 guests, with transportation by Mercedes Sprinter. Professional English-speaking guides accompany the journey throughout. Accommodation is carefully selected and personally checked by our local team. Horizon Travel provides on-the-ground coordination and 24/7 support throughout the trip.

Itinerary
Day 1 — Arrival & Yerevan
Arrival at Zvartnots International Airport and private transfer to the hotel.
Explore Yerevan, one of the world’s oldest continuously inhabited cities. Discover Republic Square, Northern Avenue, the Cascade complex and, subject to opening hours, the historic Blue Mosque.
Overnight in Yerevan; welcome dinner included
Day 2 — Garni, Geghard & Symphony of Stones
Travel through the Azat River Gorge to Garni Temple, Armenia’s best-preserved Greco-Roman monument, and Geghard Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage Site partly carved into rock. Continue to the Symphony of Stones, a natural formation of basalt columns in Garni Gorge.
Overnight in Yerevan; breakfast and lunch included
Day 3 — Tsaghkadzor, Lake Sevan & Dilijan
Visit Tsaghkadzor, a forested mountain resort, and Kecharis Monastery, with an optional ropeway ride.
Continue to Lake Sevan, one of the world’s largest high-altitude lakes. Visit Sevanavank and enjoy a fish lunch, with halal or vegetarian alternatives.
Later, travel to Dilijan, known for its forests, traditional architecture and peaceful atmosphere.

Day 4 — Ararat Valley & Southern Armenia
Admire spectacular Mount Ararat views from the Khor Virap area.
Explore the Areni region and the dramatic Noravank Canyon.
Discover local flavours with a tasting of Armenian dried fruits, honey or herbal products.

Day 5 — Departure
Visit GUM Market or enjoy free time in Yerevan, depending on your flight schedule, followed by a private transfer to Zvartnots International Airport.
